| I got a callback immediately. I told him my ex-husband was outside trying to "fix
it" himself and I would call him back later that evening. I even had JEA come out and look at the main
drain that night, to no avail, so I called Mr. O'Connor about 10:00 P.M. He told me he would be out by 10:00 A.M.
the next day. He was very understanding about the late call, even came earlier than planned because he knew I was
in dire straights with a main line back-up, not very pretty. He was quick, efficient, got the job done and even
checked a bathroom I previously had problems with and told me it was fine. Very reasonably priced also.

We set up another evening appointment for the following
